Do you work with businesses outside Tasmania?
Yes! VirtuosoEA provides remote Executive Assistant services across Australia. Whether you’re based in Hobart, Sydney, or anywhere across Australia, we can support you virtually using secure online tools.
What are your rates?
Our hourly rate is $60, with discounted pricing for larger monthly packages:
Up to 10 hours – $55 per hour
11 – 40 hours – $50 per hour
40 hours + – $45 per hour

How do I know my data is safe?
Your privacy and data security are our top priority.
All client files, correspondence, and business information are stored securely using encrypted, password-protected cloud systems such as Microsoft 365. Access is strictly limited to authorised users and used solely for providing your services.

Do you offer ongoing or one-off support?
Both! You can engage us for short-term projects or ongoing monthly support. Many clients start with a smaller package, then increase hours once they see how much time and stress we can save them.
