How It Works

1. Discovery Call

It all starts with a conversation. During your complimentary discovery call, we’ll talk through your business needs, pain points, and goals to understand where we can add the most value. This is your chance to ask questions and see if we’re the right fit.

2. Proposal & Agreement

Based on our discussion, we’ll prepare a tailored proposal outlining the services, hours, and pricing that best suit your needs. Once you’re happy, we’ll send through our Services Agreement for review and approval - setting the foundation for a seamless partnership.

3. Getting Started

With the paperwork out of the way, we’ll schedule an onboarding session to get to know you, your systems, and your priorities. From there, we’ll jump straight in - managing your calendar, inbox, projects, travel, and everything else you need to stay organised and in control.
